Cardiovascular Exercise Training Session with Heart 2 Heart
There are many benefits to cardiovascular training. It reduces your risk of heart disease, cancer and dementia while also having positive effects on your weight management. Psychologically it is a very powerful tool in managing your mental health with a release of endorphins and enkephalins.
Long periods of sitting and activity restrictions can reduce your cardiovascular fitness quite considerably. It is important to achieve 150 minutes of physical activity per week. Here are Heart 2 Heart we are delighted to offer you a more structured session to optimise your benefit and ensure that you are getting the maximum out of your exercise in a limited environment.
You will be guided through the exercise sessions by our specialist cardiac physiotherapist, Karen Cradock with sessions lasting 50 minutes.
