For each session you attend you will receive a reminder email the day before, for insurance purposes we require a COVID screen to be completed prior to your face to face session. For online sessions an email reminder containing the zoom link is sent for ease of access the evening before your session, some clients have mentioned our correspondence may be too frequent.
